MUMBAI: Prateik Chaudhary is well-known for playing an amazing character in Paramavatar Shri Krishna. The actor managed to create a place in the hearts of audiences.

The handsome hunk is now gearing up for his upcoming show on Dangal TV.

Prateik will be seen in Dangal TV's crime series. The actor recently shot for the show both in Mumbai and Mirzapur.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Prateik who spoke in length about the role and much more.

Prateik revealed, ''I am playing the lead role on the show. My character's name is Raj. The show's story is about a boy hailing from Benaras. Raj's character is shown extremely irresponsible who only roams around and parties with his friends.''

He continued, ''My character will be shown having an affair with his sister-in-law, however, later, Raj will fall in love with some other girl and that's how things become complicated for him.''

Further speaking about the preparations he did for the role, Prateik said, ''I had to train myself as the accent and tonality which we use in Mumbai is quite different.''

Prateik reveals that he had a lovely experience working for the show as it was quite refreshing for him to travel to a different city after a long time.

The half an hour episode of this crime series will witness a lot of things on how Raj's character will face several issues and much more.

This episode will be airing on 6th July on Dangal TV.

The show also stars Shweta Kanoje and Sonal Singh Rajput.
