Take a look:
What made you say yes to the show?
After the lockdown I was looking for a good project and I was getting a lot of calls for cameos so I said no I want to do a show so I waited for a good time to pickup a show and I got a call for this character and the best part was I have done a few mythological shows before and when I got this show it was different because this guy is very ambitious and I am playing elder son of Kundan Agarwal and my character is Manish and he is a MBA graduate from the top university in Delhi now he loves and respects his father but somewhere down the line in his mind he has a thing that he has to do something different from what his family tradition.
Usually actors look out for lead characters and your character carries a lot of weight ?
It does because what is happening is there are things which you keep inside yourself and cannot tell your parents and then there is a boiling point. My character is going to go through a 360 degree shift in the track ahead.
How do you deal with creative differences?
To be honest there was creative differences in beginning as everybody was trying to get into the skin of the character to understand it so obviously there were lot of questions and logical reasoning happening and there were lot of meetings happening why he is doing this and that , but now it’s been smoothen up so people know what to expect and what to do about the character.
Since you are in Jaipur so did you get the chance to explore?
I have explored Jaipur in and out, I loved the forts and history and culture of Rajasthan, I was so happy and proud to learn about the history and all the culture that we have and I love travelling and also I love solo travelling so even when nobody is around I packup my bags and I leave .
