MUMBAI :Soon, the Hindi adaptation of the Turkish television program One Thousand and One Nights, also known as Arabian Nights, called Katha Ankahee, will premiere on Sony TV. This show is produced by Sphere Origins. Aditi Dev Sharma and Adnan Khan will play the main characters in the show. The parallel lead, Sheen Dass and Samar Virmani have recently joined the cast.

As per sources, Vishal Malhotra and Bidisha Ghosh have bagged a role in the show. There is not much information about their characters but they are said to play pivotal roles.
Vishal Malhotra gained fame for playing the Pakistani supporter in an ad that shows him hoping for “his country” to beat India in the World Cup so that he can finally burst the crackers he’s had since 1992. The ad campaign, #Mauka, has been a hit across social media platforms. Vishal is a Delhi-based actor who started his ad-film career alongside Shah Rukh Khan in a vest ad.
Bidisha Ghosh has worked on Hindi films namely Meri Pyaari Bindu and Mission Over Mars.
Some of the notable works of Sphere Origins include Saat Phere: Saloni Ka Safar, Balika Vadhu, Saraswatichandra, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka, and Pandya Store.
Aditi Sharma is popularly known for the TV show Ganga and the film Ladies VS Ricky Bahl. Adnan Khan gained fame through the Zee TV show Ishq Subhanallah.
