But here is one TV couple who believe in been close to their roots and making the day special with their closed ones.
We are talking about the talented and popular Debina Bonnerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary!
Well, the lovely couple flew down to Debina’s birthplace Kolkata to bring in the year 2016.
The duo had an exciting time in the city and revelled in the celebratory mood.
Shared Debina, “I am very happy that I am in Kolkata after so many years. Since my parents have also shifted to Mumbai, I don’t really get time to visit this city. But this time when Gurmeet and I got opportunity to perform together for New Year, I readily agreed to go. I had a gala time with my friends and families, and not to forget relished all the yummy delicacies.”
