Everyone is aware that Shivangi Joshi rose to fame with the character "Naira" from the television show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,' but the actress's first cheque of one lakh rupees, came from 'Khelti Hai Zindagi.' In a recent interview, Shivangi revealed that her previous daily pay was four thousand rupees. The actress was overjoyed and used the money to purchase gifts for her entire family after receiving her first cheque.

While talking in an interview, when Shivangi was asked about her bad habit, she said, “I sleep late at night, no matter how many times the alarm rings or how many times my mother wakes me up, I I don't get up.”

Not only this but in this interview, Shivangi added, “I never consider myself a celebrity. Yes, I am an artist and I just do my work. Even in my house, no one treats me like a celebrity and this is a good thing. I don't even want this to happen.”

Shivangi said, “everyone has their own life and their own struggle. My life has also gone through this phase and when I came to Mumbai, for the first day I stayed in a very small room, which was shared by other people. Then I told my mother to go back, but at that time my mother supported me and did not lose courage and shifted to another house the next day.”

The actress says that before coming to Mumbai, she was unaware that auditions were required. Upon discovering that these were being held here, she would walk in and try out. Nobody rejected her or said she wasn't deserving of the position, even though she wasn't cast for the role.
