I am not the reason behind Lavin’s exit from the show, clarifies Avinash Mishra

MUMBAI: TellyChakkar recently brought an exclusive update from the sets of Zee TV’s Yeh Teri Galiyaan.

As we reported earlier, actors Lavin Gohti and Avinash Mishra, who depict the characters of Ridoy and Shantanu respectively, apparently don't share a good bond off-screen.

Rumours have it that Avinash is insecure with the screen space and importance given to Lavin's character, which is comparatively more performance-based. We had also reported that Lavin will soon exit the show.

Lavin mentioned to TellyChakkar that he is disappointed with his character coming to an end. Creative head of the show, Palki Malhotra remained clueless on the entire development

(check out this link to read the entire story: Lavin Gothi’s character to end in Yeh Teri Galiyaan; is Avinash Mishra the REASON?).

Avinash, who earlier rubbished the rumours, has now clarified, stating, ‘I believe in spreading positivity no matter what. After all the speculation. I want to clarify that I am not the reason behind Lavin’s exit from the show. I had a conversation with Lavin, who himself told me that his character is not permanently taking an exit from the show but would return. The decision of someone’s exit from the show is taken by the channel and production house, and an actor can never take such a major call. We all share a healthy bond on the sets. Each one of us is very helping towards each other. There is no hatred amongst us.’

We are glad to know that all’s well on sets of Yeh Teri Galiyaan!
