Actor Ronit Roy, once written off as a film actor, says the limited work that he now does in the movie world, is not driven by scripts but storytellers.
“I hardly do one film a year... say six to seven films in five years. I don’t choose scripts, I choose the storyteller,” Ronit said here during a chat post the launch of reality show “Deal Or No Deal”, which he will be seen hosting on &TV.
He admits there are some movies that he shouldn’t have done, but without naming them, he added that he never regrets anything that he does.
“I don’t live with any regrets,” said Ronit, who found unprecedented success when he featured as Mihir Virani in “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi”.
He has since featured in shows like “Adaalat” and “Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar”, and on the film front, his performance has been lauded in movies like “Udaan” and “Ugly”.
