MUMBAI :Indian Cake Artist Prachi Dhabal Deb is an inspiration to women across the world as she brings glory to India on the global stage. Prachi recently registered her name for the third consecutive time in the World Book of Records, London, by creating the biggest vegan royal icing hand piped structure, which was an edible palace of Indian architecture, weighing a total of 200 kilograms and spanning 10 feet 01 inches in length, 04 feet 07 inches in height, and 03 feet 08 inches in width.

Prachi's achievements are a testament to her passion and dedication towards her craft. She has previously held two world records for her gigantic cakes, weighing 100 kgs, in the World Book of Records London in the year 2022. She has also won the Femina Achievers of the year award for her uniquely designed cakes and the Swadesh Samman from Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari for her cake artistry. At the Bharat Leadership Awards 2021, she received an award from Governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshiyari, for her outstanding cakes. She was also a winner of Royal Icing Award at the Cake Masters Award in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Prachi is known as the 'Queen of Royal Icing’ for her unconventional cakes, and her success is a result of her hard work, determination, and perseverance. She learned the art of royal icing from England’s master baker, Sir Eddie Spence MBE, and has been creating unique cakes with royal icing ever since.
