MUMBAI: Television actress Shilpa Shinde took to social media to show her discontent with the judges of popular reality TV show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa season 10. The actress, who was a contestant on the show, was eliminated in the 7th week of the show. She posted videos to show support for her co-contestants Nia Sharma and Rubina Dilaik. In the videos, she questions judge Karan Johar if he was planning to give the winning contestants a Dharma Productions film. She even questioned the points and statements made by the judges about the contestants’ performances, even though they put in a lot of effort for it. She further questions if all they want to see is a 3-minute act and whether they will get an Oscar for it?
Shilpa Shinde questioned Karan Johar, and also the other judges, Madhuri Dixit and Nora Fatehi. Shilpa said that the contestants are all artists who are here to perform and entertain, and are not going to become choreographers after Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 is over. She further spoke about how the comments have been less about dancing, and how there has been a competitive atmosphere.
Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 10 is an Indian Hindi-language reality television show where celebrities perform different forms of dance with partners who are professional choreographers, in order to win the title.
