MUMBAI: The episode begins with Anurag attending the meeting after Anupam asks him to earn more money to make Prerna repent her decision of marrying Mr. Bajaj and not him. Mr. Bajaj returns home and asks about Cookie. Mr. Bajaj's aunt and Tanvi inform him that she was playing with Prerna.

Bajaj asks Prerna about Cookie and Mohini and Nivedita say that Preerna is not a responsible person. Mr. Bajaj gets mad at Prerna for not taking proper care of Cookie. Nivedita overhears him telling Prerna that he married her just to take care of Cookie and nothing else and she wonders what Mr. Bajaj meant. Tanvi finds Cookie in the storeroom all unconscious. She panics and calls out to Mr. Bajaj and Prerna. They all run to the storeroom and see Cookie. Mr. Bajaj's aunt calls the doctor and informs that it was because of Prerna's carelessness that Cookie fell ill.

In the flashback later it is shown how Tanvi and Mr. Bajaj's aunt had planned all of it to trap Prerna. Mr. Bajaj's aunt says she wanted Tanvi to get married to him and Prerna spoiled her plan. She says that there was still hope as Mr. Bajaj never had had feelings for Prerna.

Mr. Bajaj is relieved when Cookie wakes up and is better. Cookie bonds with Prerna and they start hugging and talking. She tells Prerna that the door of the storeroom got closed and lights went out. Mr. Bajaj gets mad at Prerna and his aunt asks him not to treat Prerna like a random person as she is his dutiful wife. Mr. Bajaj is happy as he sees Cookie happy with Prerna. Prerna feels responsible for Cookie's scary incident.
