Neela Telefilms’ Krishnaben Khakhrawala had just dealt with the issue of rising prices of onions a few episodes back. And Krishnaben will now continue with some more Krishnagiri in the upcoming episodes. The latest episodes saw an entry of popular actress Sonia Kapoor who came to investigate Krishnaben’s working place and who has challenged her by placing an order of 15,000 khakhras to be served in just 10 days, for which Krishnaben and her co-workers are all trying to give in their best. Preparations for this will lead to a happening event in tonight’s episode, says a source. Adds the source, “Krishnaben, along with her nav-durge team will land up in jail, as they end up fighting with a few cops. They want to get the raw material which is not available in Dahisar, and so they want to move out of Dahisar to bring the material to start making the khakhras. But, because of the bandh in Dahisar, they are not allowed to go out and they end up with a verbal fight with the cops and they decide to protest and move out the place, anyhow.” Krishnaben and the team are then put behind the bars, as they try to protest the bandh. Also after landing in the jail, they sing bhajans and indulge in some more Krishnagiri. We hear that, someone will then bail them out, but how they find their way out of the jail is yet to be revealed. Indira Krishnan who plays Krishnaben remained unavailable for comment.
