Soon after, another unverified report began circulating online, claiming that Mahhi had demanded a large alimony settlement from Jay. Addressing this baseless claim, the actress broke her silence in a recent interview, saying,
“I had already commented on that post, asking people not to spread false stories. Did Jay or I ever say anything about alimony? When people start commenting that we haven’t thought about our children — who are they to question that? These are our children, our responsibility, and our lifeline.”
Her candid and emotional clarification resonated deeply with fans, many of whom expressed relief that Mahhi spoke up to put an end to the rumours.
