Priyanka Purohit exclsuively told TellyChakkar, "When I first heard Jia was going to “die,” I panicked, thought it was the end of the track. But then came the assurance from the channel stating, 'Jia kabhi mar hi nahi sakti' (Jia can never die)."

She added, "The twist worked beautifully though. Her absence created suspense and kept the audience guessing Jia's whereabouts. And then came the real surprise. I wasn’t coming back as Jia, but as a banjaran girl from Rajasthan. Challenging, but exciting! I dived into the accent, dialect, body language… and when we did the look test, no one even recognized me."

"From darker skin tones to traditional clothes and jewelry it felt like creating an entirely new character from scratch. And honestly, that’s the most thrilling part of this journey", she said.

Talking about beginning the shoot for the show again, Priyanka said, "The moment I heard 'kal se shoot hai', I was excited yet a little nervous as coming back after almost a month felt surreal. I had missed my set, my people, and performing more than anything."

She concluded saying, "From spot dada to my co-actors, everyone welcomed me with so much warmth. But the real thrill was stepping in as "Imarti" … and guess what? At first glance, no one even recognized me! That’s the beauty of a brand-new look."

Well, we're all excited to see how this track unfolds. Welcome back Priyanka!
