MUMBAI: Colors TV’s show Mangal Lakshmi is getting more intriguing with each passing episode. The current track focuses on Lakshmi discovering Gayatri’s conspiracy to make her believe that she couldn’t conceive a child. After learning the truth, Lakshmi has been blackmailing Gayatri and forcing her to dance to her tunes.
In the previous episode, Lakshmi’s new plan to expose Imarti’s true identity as the real Jiya came into play. Lakshmi managed to get the fake Jiya released from jail and brought her before the Nigam family. In defense, Gayatri spun a tale and declared her wish to get Kartik married to Jiya. This revelation left the real Jiya shocked. While Kartik opposed the idea, Gayatri stood firm on her decision.

Now, as per the latest promo of Mangal Lakshmi, Gayatri pretends to be gravely ill and, as her supposed last wish, asks Kartik to fill the fake Jiya’s hairline with sindoor. Just as Kartik unwillingly prepares to do so, the real Jiya intervenes and reveals her true identity, leaving everyone stunned. Lakshmi rejoices as her plan to expose Imarti finally succeeds.
