MUMBAI: As Leander Paes gears up for the much-awaited Davis Cup tie between India and Pakistan, celebs have been wishing him good luck.
The Tennis Legend has been sharing pictures on his social media handles to update his fans, followers and friends about the prestigious event. Once again he took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture wherein he can be seen posing with Indian tennis player Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan. He captioned the picture as, “Honoured to partner this Freshman @jntennis in his 1st @daviscuptennis match! I got your back Partner. #WeBleedBlue #LionPride #IndiavsPak #DavisCup.”
As soon as he posted the picture, his fans started commenting on it to wish him all the luck. Television actor Nakuul Mehta and fashion designer Masaba Gupta also supported him for the endevour.
Masaba, who is West Indies cricketer Sir Viv Richards and Indian actress Neena Gupta’s daughter, wrote, “Go Lp. Kyaan che.”
On the other hand, Nakuul, who is known for his portrayal of Aditya Kumar in Star Plus' Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara and Shivaay Singh Oberoi in Ishqbaaaz, showed him support in the form of ‘like’.
