MUMBAI: With the citizens asked to stay indoors because of the coronavirus outbreak, the entertainment industry too has stopped functioning. Giving priority to the safety of the cast and crew, the shoot of television shows has been halted which has paved way for many popular shows returning to the Television sets.
Cult shows like Ramayan, Mahabharat and Shaktiman are back on DD while shows like Bigg Boss 13, Comedy Nights with Kapil, Superstar Singer and Yeh Unn Dino Ki Baat Hai have also started airing. Popular comedy shows like Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Khichdi and Kya Haal Mr.Paanchal will also start airing from next week.
MTV has already started the re-run of Splitsvilla X2. And now, the latest update is that the channel will also bring back the first season of MTV Ace Of Space. The show gained immense popularity. Contestants like Divya Agarwal, Varun Sood, Pratiek Sehjpal and late Danish Zehen made sure that show keeps the audience hooked and considering the popularity of this season, the channel has decided to probably cash in on the same.
