Muni Jha tries to burn candles at both ends, loses both

Muni Jha best known as JD Virani in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi was happy to return to Balaji Telefilms with Sony’s Bayttaab Dil Ki Tamanna Hai. But little did he know that not informing the production house about his other project would cost him his role in Bayttaab…. Jha was earlier approached for Colors’Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam and when he was approached for Tauji’s role in Bayttaab… much later, he took no time in accepting the show. He had already committed to Colors but Balaji’s offer was more enticing as his role was for about three months. Jha took up both the shows and he did not bother to inform either of the production houses about it. Soon the production team of Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam got wind of his other show and they immediately replaced him with Indraneel Bhattacharya. Now he was left with Baytaab. But when Balaji realized that he had taken up another show without informing them, they decided to replace him with the lesser-known Arvind Wahi. Wahi has done a lot of theatre but hardly done television. A source informs, “Muni Jha is no more doing Bayttaab Dil Ki Tamanna Hai and Arvind Wahi has stepped in his shoes.” When contacted Jha said, “I have no idea about this. No one has informed me. I am doing the show.”
