Neelu and I share mother–daughter bond in reel and real life: Lily Patel

Veteran actor Lily Patel has been roped to play the character of Savitri Devi, mother of Satya Devi (Neelu Vaghela) in the show.

When contacted, Lily confirmed, ‘I’m coming as Nani in Sony’s new show Main Maayke Chali Jaaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo. My on-screen character name is Savitri Devi and she is a very positive and caring lady. She motivates her family members to do good things in life. As I am playing the character of a grandmother in the show, the entire cast and crew call me Nani. I have shot for a few sequences with Neelu Vaghela. She is a good actress and a nice human being. We share a mother–daughter bond in both reel and real life.’
