Neem Neem… gets three months extension

2012 has just started and already many renowned shows across channels have been taken off air. Now, Tellychakkar.com earlier broke the news of Creative Eye’s (Dheeraj Kumar’s) show on Sahara One, Neem Neem Shahad Shahad, breathing its last on10 February 2012. However, here’s some good news for the production house and the fans of the soap. The channel has decided to give Neem Neem… an extension of three months. As per a reliable source, Sahara One is not too keen on launching any new show till IPL (Indian Premier League which begins in April) gets over. "Hence the show will entertain the masses till June this year," the source further goes on to say. Now, the production house had already shot for the final episode as they got the news of the extension pretty late on 8 February. So, they are working on a new script and shooting back to back to create a bank. "Yes, the show is not going off air as of now. In fact, we were celebrating a farewell party when we learnt that we've got an extension, which came as a surprise to all of us," said an elated Anas Khan aka Deven.
