It’s believed that a man gets wise after going through a break-up in relationship!! And this is exactly what actor Nikhil Sharma is going through right now. 

Nikhil, who was recently seen essaying brother to Nakuul Mehta in Star Plus’ popular show Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, was apparently in love with one of his co-actors in the Doordarshan show, Peehar. However, his love life was not a bed of roses, and they soon split. 

We hear that Nikhil has gone a lot wiser after going through this personal hurdle. A source close to the actor claims that Nikhil has taken life a lot seriously now. And the ‘dependency’ factor in his life has gone out of the window, and he has become all the more sincere towards his career and health. 

Today, Nikhil can be found taking lessons in anything and everything. He has joined theatre and wants to grow as an actor. He’s learned the art of cooking, and is now a master of it. He is looking for author-backed roles, after doing important roles in shows like Diya Aur Baati Hum, Jodha Akbar and Pyaar Ka Dard.. 

With this information, we tried to talk to Nikhil who said, “Yes, it is true that I have had a break-up in my relationship. However, I cannot talk about the girl, as she is married now. As for me, I have matured as an individual now.”

When asked about the great culinary skills he has bagged, and he stated, “Yes, I love cooking. And I had to put my mind and soul into something else, after going through this depressing phase in my life. So there was nothing better than learning cooking (smiles). I am working hard in improving my acting skills too, by taking up theatre work.”
