Rashi Mal joins the cast of Gulmohar Grand

The pretty and bubbly Rashi Mal who was seen playing a rugged role in Channel V’s Paanch will soon be back on TV in a completely different avatar. The actor has been signed in to play a mysterious and interesting character in Star Plus’ Gulmohar Grand (Sunshine Productions). Shares a source, “Rashi will play Saloni, assistant to the owner of the hotel. Her character will be a pivotal one and her character will go in for a lot of changes in the course of the show.” Also Saloni will go on to have a love track with Neel (Ashim Gulati). When we buzzed Rashi she confirmed the same and added, “It was a great experience working with the team which has some of the best actors. Also the role is very different from what I have played so far and thus I am really excited. Viewers too will be in for a surprise and with them mysterious elements, they will stay connected throughout.” The actress has already started shooting and her entry will air this weekend.
