A lot has changed in the current track of Zee TV's popular show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani (Sphere Origins) post 10 years leap.
According to the ongoing episodes of the show, Raja (Sarrtaj Gill) has now become a Don. Actor Ravi Pandey, who was earlier seen on episodic series like Crime Patrol, Savdhan India etc, has entered the popular daily as Kamal, who is the right hand to Raja.
Ravi is elated to be a part of the show and is enjoying working with the team. In a candid conversation with Tellychakkar.com, Ravi told us, "It’s quite a different character that I am playing. My role is well-etched with Tapori language and I am enjoying it."
"I have most of my scenes with Sarrtaj (Gill) and he is a very down to earth guy. Everyone on the set is good to work with, right from the spot boy to the DOP, the director and the co-actors. None has any ego at all. I enjoy working with all of them," he added.
We also asked Ravi on his preparation to mouth Tapori language while enacting the scenes. He told us, "I used to read novels a lot and watch movies too so that wasn't a problem for me. I keep practicing with the language at home so that I can do justice to my character. I also watched Arshad Warsi's part in the movie Munna Bhai MBBS when I was called for the look test."
Wish you success, Ravi!!!
