MUMBAI: Ridhi Dogra is a well-known face of small screen. She has worked in television soaps like Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak and Woh Apna Sa, and participated in reality shows like Nach Baliye and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi.
She is loved by her audience for her work. Audience also loved her chemistry with her ex-husband! So, when the couple parted ways, their fans were heartbroken.
Ridhi Dogra and Raqesh Bapat tied the knot on 29 May 2011, and recently, the couple ended their seven years of marriage.
They had released an official statement on their separation, which read, "Yes, we are living separately. This decision has been taken with mutual respect and care for each other and our families. We are two best friends who may not be a couple anymore. But our friendship will continue as it always has, through thick and thin. Appreciate if no further speculation is made and heartfelt gratitude to everyone for all the love you have always given us."
Going by Ridhi’s latest post, it seems the actress has not lost hope on love. In fact, she has firm belief on true love as she took to social media and posted a famous quote by Daisaku Ikeda on love.
"True love should be transformative; a process that amplifies our capacity to cherish not just one person but all people. It can make us stronger, lift us higher and deepen us as individuals. Only to the extent that we polish ourselves now can we hope to develop wonderful bonds of the heart in the future," read her post.
