MUMBAI: Renowned in the entertainment world, Ridhi Dogra is well known for her parts in TV series like Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi, Laagi Tujhse Lagan, and Savitri.

Now, there is a video going viral where Ridhi has spoken about her resistance to perform certain kinds of roles which projects negative social morals in the society.
Ridhi mentioned, “There was a show where I was performing a negative role. There were 50 different things that I was asked to perform in the sequence and one of them involved a scene where I was required to throw acid on the heroine. I argued with everyone and refused to perform the scene.”
She further added, “I told them that why is there a need to feed a thought like this. If there is a boy who is irritated with a girl, you are giving ideas to such people. I told them that I will do 50 different negative shades and scenes but not this.”

In an interview earlier, Ridhi had mentioned a few things about her personal and professional life.

She stated, ''I came to Mumbai at a very young age because my family was here. Whenever I used to go to Delhi from Mumbai, I used to understand the difference in how free I feel here than in Delhi. There were some restrictions on wearing sleeveless clothes and all of that.''
