MUMBAI: The 17th Season for the longest running reality show – Roadies has held its baton high with the innovative twists and new concepts every time. While this season is about Revolution and standing up for a cause, the drama, catfights and betrayal comes as a package. The journey has merely started and the contestants have begun their mind games along with being the best diplomats on this journey.
One such contender who is making a mark in the game is Sanjay Negi from Dehradun. A fauji boy, a model, a food blogger, a stylist, representing the LGBTQ community, Sanjay is leaving no stone unturned to stand out of the crowd. Striving to get rid of the judgmental tags and be vocal about his identity, Sanjay is fighting for acceptance, be it from the family or the society and for a peaceful co-existence. In his audition round, he won the celebrity leaders’ heart with his fashion sense, ramp walk and dance.
In his journey so far on Roadies Revolution, he has been upset with his friends for not choosing him for the first task. Amidst expectations and disappointments, he has come to terms with the fact that nobody is really a friend on the journey. Despite all of that, he is putting in all his efforts to go up the ladder. In this week’s task, ‘Meal Milke’, he will be selected as the leader for the non-immune team. While some contestants would be happy, some do think otherwise. Will he stand up to the leaders and fellow contestants’ expectations?
Towards the end of this week’s episode, he gets involved in a heated argument with another contestant. Will the celebrity leaders have to intervene? Will this affect the first vote outs? To know more about the cold war, tune in to Roadies Revolution, this Saturday at 7PM only on MTV.
