MUMBAI: Whenever a celebrity passes away, fans don't tend to forget them for the longest time. 

Ever since Sidharth Shukla's death news has surfaced everywhere, from his fans to friends and other celebs, everyone is mourning the loss, which is irreparable. 

The actor was just 40 when he left for his heavenly abode, sending shock waves across the country. 

The actual reason behind Sid's death is a cardiac arrest, which he couldn't survive. 

However, Sidharth is not the first celebrity who passed away at such a young age. 

Before him, there are several actors from Bollywood and the TV industry who passed away and their sudden demise had shocked everyone.

1. Pratyusha Banerjee

She was the lead star in Balika Vadhu and also Sidharth's co-star on the show. The actress passed away at a very young age of 25 by allegedly committing suicide in the year 2016.

2. Sushant Singh Rajput 

Sushant's death was one big shocker to the entire nation. The actor was found hanging through a ceiling fan on 14th June 2020 in his Mumbai apartment. He was just 34. However, the actual cause of Sushant's death is still a mystery. 

3. Divya Bhatnagar 

The actress who has been a part of several hit TV shows died due to illness. Divya was just 34 when she passed away. However, there were also several controversies related to her death where her husband Gagan Gabru was blamed for it. 

4. Raj Kaushal 

Mandira Bedi's husband Raj Kaushal also passed away a few months ago. Raj's sudden demise was extremely shocking as he was absolutely fine. He died due to a cardiac arrest at a very young age. 

5. Rinku Singh Nikumbh 

She was popularly known for her role in Ayushmann Khurana's Dream Girl. Rinku died due to COVID at the age of 35. 

6. Kushal Panjabi 

Kushal Punjabi was found dead in his residence in Pali Hill in Mumbai in 2019. He was suffering from depression. He was quite young when he passed away. 

7. Preksha Mehta 

The Crime Patrol actor committed suicide in May 2020 at her Indore residence. Her body was found hanging from a ceiling fan by her family members. She was suffering from depression and expressed her disappointment regarding her career and failed relationships in her suicide note.

8. Amit Mistry

He had appeared in a number of Bollywood films, web series, and TV shows. Amit passed away on 23rd April due to cardiac arrest. This came as a huge shocker for fans.

9.  Rahul Vohra

He was an actor and a YouTuber who died of COVID-19 in a Delhi hospital in the month of May at the age of 35. His death was made more poignant by a Facebook post shared a day earlier in which he wrote that he would have lived had he received proper and timely medical care.

10. Kuljeet Randhawa 

Popular supermodel and TV actress Kuljeet Randhawa committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling fan. Her suicide note stated that she could not cope with the pressures of life and therefore was ending her life. The actress was also suffering from depression post her break up.

11. Jiah Khan

This British-born Indian actress was found hanging in her apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, on June 3, 2013. Police reports suggest that the actress was battling pressure from her then-boyfriend Suraj Pancholi, and it pushed her to take her own life.

A note recovered from Jiah's apartment after her death had said how she had to undergo an abortion during the course of her relation with Pancholi. There were also reports doing the rounds that she was suffering from severe depression.

12. Nafisa Joseph

VJ and winner of the Miss India Universe 1997 title, Nafisa Joseph committed suicide post her break up with her fiancé, and she too was battling depression.

These celebrities will always be remembered by their friends and fans.
