Sangeeta Shrivastava bags two shows

Talented actress Sangeeta Shrivastava, who has done many roles in shows like Bhanwar, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, Tum Saath Ho Jab Apne, has been roped for two shows, namely Thapki Pyaar Ki (SOL & Shoonya Square) on Colors and Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya (Lost Boy Productions) on Zing.

Sangeeta will be seen essaying the role of Manju Mishra in Thapki, Divakar’s (Hardik Sangani) mother. Hardik has been paired opposite the female lead, Thapki (Jigyasa Singh).

A source shared, “Sangeeta will be a very protective mother, who will be very much possessive about her son. While her son will be of short height, she will try to boost his confidence level and will stand by her son. Hardik will suffer from some physical difficulties, yet she will overlook them and continue to find fault in others.”

And as for the episodic in Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Sangeeta will feature in a mature love story. Her character will be of a elderly divorcee woman, who would have lost faith in love due to her bitter past. But as the story will develop she will find the meaning of true love once again.
