Birthdays are always auspicious, and that is reason enough to party! Sanjay Jumaani, popular numerologist and friend to many celebrities of the big and the small screen, celebrated his birthday on 30 August at Mainland China in suburban Mumbai.
Sanjay, who has recently started hosting a show on SaharaOne, Bolein Ssitarey looked dapper in a pink shirt and welcomed everyone with a smile.
This man, who is known to have changed fortunes of numerous celebs by just adding and subtracting ordinary numbers, made it a point to call all his friends and acquaintances. And it was a party that was well attended. Swetta Keswani was present sans makeup, but with her resplendent smile in place. And why not -- with the double 't's' working in her favour (She bagged the film Memsahib), the lady seemed happy and content.
If Swetta has added a 't' Gurdip has replaced the double 'e's'. She, too came in with her man Friday, Arjun Punjj (notice the extra 'j'). Both, with recently changed nomenclature, again thanks to Jumaani, looked ready to spend some quality time with one another - after posing for some customary snaps and wishing the birthday boy, the two chatted away with one another, oblivious of the world around them.
Bollywood's sole representative at the party was Jimmy 'Yahaan' Shergill, who made a hasty exit, requests for bytes not withstanding. But before leaving we are sure he has taken a tip from the master!
Also present were Shonali Malhotra (she has addded an 'i' to her last name, Sonni), Vikas Bhalla (who looked quite at home with the Jumaani clan), Rakshanda Khan, Yatin Karyekar, Amit Behl and Ronit 'Bose' and Neelam Roy.
The party that went on till the wee hours of the morning was thronged by the Jumaani family, who clicked photographs with all the celebs present.
It was a happy occasion and we hope that Sanjay continues to make our celebs feel at home with their names!
