Namita shared her thoughts on social media and revealed that surrogacy laws in India are biased and exclude many individuals who want to experience parenthood. She added that everyone irrespective of their marital status, gender or sexual orientation should be given the opportunity to start a family.
She wrote on Instagram, “I feel several clauses in the law are unfair & need changes. We need to debate & discuss such issues. Watch Dr Kiran share her thoughts on these clauses that impact our fertility choices as a woman !”
