MUMBAI: Shefali Jariwala's death has taken the nation by storm. The untimely death of the actress has sent shock waves among the fans. The 42 year old actress passed away due to a cardiac arrest. While Shefali is widely known for her popular music video, a remix of Kaanta Laga, her stint in Bigg Boss 13 was also quite appreciated.
Jariwala's death left the nation shocked. People who knew her closely were shaken to the core and most of them have been doing their best to acknowledge Shefali's kind and hardworking soul that she was. In a moving gesture to pay a tribute to the late actors, the makers of music album Kaanta Laga Directors Radhika Rao And Vinay Sapru made a bold decision.

After attending the actress' prayer meet, the makers of the song decided to never make a sequel of Kaanta Laga to honor Jariwala's legacy.
Taking to social media, the makers of the song wrote, "Yesterday Was The Prayer Meeting. Saying The Final Goodbyes… With Our First Photo Session Together.. ‘Kaanta Laga’ - CD Inlay Card. You Always Said You Wanted To Be The One And Only ‘Kaanta Laga’ Girl. So We Never Made A Sequel — And We Never Will. We’re Retiring ‘Kaanta Laga’ Forever. It Was Always Yours. It Will Always Be Yours… Shefali…RIP."
