But while conversing with Ayushmann she remembered the late actor Sidharth Shukla, who she met in the Bigg Boss house a couple of years ago. The actress got emotional and couldn’t hold back her tears.

MUMBAI :Actress Shehnaaz Gill will soon be seen in her new chat show ‘Desi Vibes with Shehnaaz Gill’ and her recent guest on the show was The Action Hero actor Ayushmann Khurrana. As always Shehnaaz was her chirpy and bubbly self. But while conversing with Ayushmann, she remembered the late actor Sidharth Shukla, who she met in the Bigg Boss house a couple of years ago. The actress got emotional and couldn’t hold back her tears.

Ayushmann said that celebs find it the hardest to express their emotions becaus ethey are always put on a pedestal and are under constant media glare. On Coping with her own tragedy, Shehnaaz said, “If everyone is free to express their emotions, why can't celebrities express themselves? Actors should not be under the stress of being judged.”

Shehnaaz further stated, “Mei aapko sach bolu mei bhi abhi dabane lag gayi hu emotions ko. Mere life mei bhi emotional moments aaye hai but mei kabhi kisi ko bata nahi saki. Kyuki log likhte the ki sympathy le rahi hai.”

Shehnaaz has a massive fan following who support and stand by her. Fans have praised her at keeping herself strong even after going through so much loss in her life. Shehnaaz you are the strongest losing the person u love the most who u considered everything is shattering and the pain u went through i can't even imagine don't worry abt these internet trolls you are the best sid is proud of u.”

On techniques of dealing with her pain, Shehnaaz said, “Music helps me a lot as an actor. If I have to laugh or cry in a scene, I think of a song that fits the mood and enables me to emote easily. It makes the process of acting smooth for me. I aspired to become a singer. However, destiny had other plans for me and I started my career as a model. Whenever I am sad or want to distract myself, music comes to my rescue. I absolutely love the vibe of recording in a studio. Music mere liye sukoon hai, it calms me.”s
