SRK begins shoot for Fauji 2

You can’t expect anything that involves the Badshah of Bollywood to be a plain affair…it has to be real grand. This time around Shah Rukh Khan will be seen on the tube in his dream project, a sequel to Fauji 2, which will soon hit airwaves on Colors. Shah Rukh himself will make a heroic entry in the show. As per sources SRK is currently shooting for the show today and it will be a flashback sequence. Fauji’s sequel is being produced by Khan’s own production house, Red Chillies Idiot Box which had been handed over the reigns by Col.Kapoor, who had conceptualised, produced and acted in the original series. Our source fills in, “SRK who is busy with his Bollywood commitments has squeezed out time for his dream project on television. This is a show that is extremely close to him as it is through Fauji that he shot to fame. He will be shooting with us for an hour and his scenes will be with actor Pulkit Samrat who plays his son on the show. We will shoot a flashback scene with the two actors in which Pulkit reminisces time spent with his father played by Khan. SRK will be shown dead on the show. We expect him to keep making such entries in the show every now and then if the script demands.” As SRK’s professional life comes full circle, from Fauji to its sequel expectations for this one are at an all time high.
