MUMBAI: After producing popular Marathi shows namely Kamla, Majhe Mann Tujhe Zale and Durva and Hindi shows like Mere Sai, Dil Dhoondta Hai, and Namune, Dashami Creations is in plans to bring a new show.

We already reported about Dashami Creations bringing a periodic drama titled Ahilya on Sony TV.

Now, we hear that makers are planning to produce a new show tentatively titled Rudrakal on Star Plus.

According to our sources, it will apparently be a 26-episode series. Well, we also hear that makers are in talks with Bollywood’s finest actor and director Mahesh Manjrekar to direct the show.

Talking about the star cast, we hear that actors namely Swanand Kirkire, who is national film award winner, Ek Chalis Ki Last Local fame Kishor Kadam, Marathi actress Shruti Marathe and Ek Villain fame Suraj Singh, have been roped in for the show.

We could not get through actors for a comment.
