MUMBAI: The episode begins with Tapu deciding to repair Bhide's tuition class board before his arrival. He requests Madhavi not to tell Bhide about it. He asks her to cover the balcony grill with a bedsheet so that no one notices the empty slot. Tapu, Goli, Goghi and Pinku rush to Abdul's shop with the board to seek his help. Abdul gets paranoid after seeing the board's condition. He fears Bhide's reaction after seeing the board is broken. He asks them to visit Munna Bhai Painter's shop to get the board repaired. Tapu asks Abdul to inform him if Bhide reaches Gokuldham before they return.
Tapu, Goli, Goghi and Pinku reach Munna Bhai's shop with the broken board. They pay him his fee and ask him to get it repaired at the earliest. But he refuses to work for them by charging an extra fee. So he asks them to visit Gulati Bhai painter to get the board repaired. Tapu Sena runs around with the board visiting shops to find a suitable person to get it repaired. They wonder how they will get the board ready before Bhide returns home. Then Tapu gets reminded of Bagha who could have a solution for their problem.
Meanwhile, at Gada Electronics' godown, Jethalal scolds Bagha for sleeping during work hours. Bagha tells him that he played dumb charades with Bawri on phone the previous night. Tapu calls up Bagha and asks him not to take his name in front of Jethalal. Bagha is already in trouble for sleeping during work hours so he politely refuses to help Tapu stating that he won't be able to move out of the store. After not finding a solution, Goghi says that his father, who repairs automobiles, can repair the broken board. So they call up Sodhi to ask him if he could help. Sodhi says that he has a lot of work to do so he wouldn't be able to help them.
