The New Year is set to usher in many interesting stories on the small screen.
Among them is the tale to be told by acclaimed producer-director Goldie Behl, who is all set to launch his next big project on Star Plus.
Titled Aarambh, the period drama will star Rajneish Duggal and Karthika Nair in lead roles. As per reports, veteran Bollywood actor Tanuja will play an important part in the same.
Now we have information of talented actor Tarun Khanna being roped for a pivotal role in the creative endeavour.
As already reported, the finite fantasy tale will present the historic clash between the Dravidans and Aryans.
Tarun, will play the leader of one of the clans and Rajneish will play his close friend and associate.
Cuts in a source, “Tarun’s character will be of a ferocious fighter and have a positive vibe. He will be looked up by all his associates and Rajneish’s character will consider him his elder brother.”
We have also heard that TV and Bollywood face Tej Sapru will play a significant character in the daily.
The creative team is currently finalising on the remaining cast and it will soon go on floors.
We called up Tarun but he refused to comment on the development.
