Have you experienced moments when you’ve just started getting friendly with a stranger in your train journey or on a flight and you suddenly realize that you have to part ways as the journey is over?
Well, a similar situation has arrived for Gaurav Gera who essays the title role in Colors’ Mrs. Pammi Pyarelal ( Playtime Creations) with the show going off-air on 5 October 2013.
But before the news was out or the decision was taken, Tellychakkar.com spoke to Gaurav who shared that he was finally getting used to playing Pammi on-screen, and that he has also been taking minimum time in dressing up for his glamorous on-screen character.
As reported by us, low TAM ratings played a major role in the show’s early closure. However, Gera shared that he is not too bothered with the number game. “I never look at the ratings. If you are shooting for a show, you know if you are doing good work or not. In fact the likes on our Facebook page have been increasing with each passing day.”
Ask him if the 7 o’clock time slot affected the show’s prospects, he agreed and observed, “It is an odd time but then audiences are watching it on YouTube and everywhere else.”
Well, how we wish that was enough Gaurav!!!
