Timmy, Abhinav and Munisha to take legal action against Payal Rohatgi

Just when Star Plus’ reality show Survivor India, went on air, Payal went on the record and said she is in love with fellow contestant Sangram Singh. These days, she has been busy posting derogatory comments about other co-contestants, namely Munisha Khatwani, Timmy Narang and Abhinav Shukla on her twitter page and facebook account. And Munisha is hell shocked. “I always knew that Payal was mentally imbalanced. However, I didn’t know that she would go down to these levels and will post such offensive comments. I am highly shocked.” If sources are to be believed, Munisha has already filed a case of defamation against Payal at the Bandra Police Station. Furthermore, it looks like now the three had enough of Payal and owing to this constant bitching from Payal, the three are planning to take legal action against her. Abhinav Shukla tells Tellychakkar.com that it is time Payal was taught a lesson. While she has been using social networking websites as her mouthpiece to post her disturbing comments off late, even during the filming of Survivor India, Payal didn’t fail to use abusive language. “Prior to the show, all of us had signed a contract that forbade us from using foul language. However, Payal didn’t abide by the contract and abused me. Though that piece was edited and was not aired, the fact is that she has broken the law,” says Abhinav. In fact, he is in no mood to forgive Payal. “A person can expect forgiveness for one mistake, but that doesn’t apply for Payal. I will not forgive her wrongdoings. I want to teach her a lesson,” Abhinav adds. Timmy Narang too has been bearing the brunt for quite some time now and completely agrees with Abhinav; he calls Payal an idiot. “When an idiotic woman and fickle minded man (he is referring to her boyfriend and wrestler Sangram Singh) come together, this is what happens,” he says of the recent turn of events. Since he was out of the country, he was unaware about Payal’s insulting comments. But now that he is back, he wants action to be taken. “The guilty has to be punished,” ends Timmy.
