Zee TV’s Saru continues to receive immense love from viewers, and the makers are gearing up to introduce fresh twists to keep the drama engaging. To elevate the storyline further, the show is set to welcome a new character.
According to TellyChakkar’s highly placed sources, transgender actress Shubhi Sharma has been roped in for an important role. Sources reveal that her character will bring hope, positivity, and motivation into Saru’s life. As Saru battles one of the toughest phases she has ever faced and feels completely dejected, Sharma’s entry will serve as a turning point.

Meanwhile, the current track is packed with high-voltage drama. Kamini is threatening Chandrakant and Annapurna after Tara consumes poison, while Anika is delighted as the police arrest Saru in the kidnapping case.
Saru is produced by producer couple Shashi and Sumeet Mittal under their banner Shashi Sumeet Productions. The show features Shagun Pandey, Mohak Matkar and Anushka Merchande among others.
