MUMBAI: TellyChakkar has been on the forefront reporting exclusively about Colors’ Gustaakhiyan, produced by Happy High Production.

The daily soap will be a remake of the Marathi show Jeev Jhala Yeda Pisa, which means Dil Hua Pagal. It will be a romantic drama with a new conceptual storyline.

We already broke the news that Na Aana Is Des Meri Laado fame Aditya Redij has been roped as the male protagonist for Gustaakhiyan

It was also mentioned by us that the show will star TikTok fame Kinjal Dhamecha as the female protagonist. Also, the show will feature actors in pivotal roles like Mohan Joshi, Mona Ambegaonkar, Pankaj Khamkar, Sumukhi Pendse, Vibhavari Deshpande, Vihan Verma, Mayur Khandge, Sharad Ponkshe, Mrunal Deshpande, Neeraj Goswami, Smita Sarvade and Siddhesh Prabhakar.

Now we hear that actor Tushar Phulke, who has been part of shows like Detective Dev and Mere Sai, has joined the cast of Gustakhiyaan. He will play a negative role named Bhave.

We could not get through him for a comment.

The show is already on floors and it is expected to launch next month.
