MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with yet another exclusive update from the television world. True to our promise of bringing readers the freshest buzz, inside scoop, and behind-the-scenes happenings, we now have exciting news about Dangal TV’s upcoming show.
The channel is gearing up to launch a new drama titled Rimjhim, produced by the acclaimed banner Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd. As reported earlier, Hunar Hale has been roped in to play the antagonist, while Yashika Sharma and Himanshu Awasthi will be seen in the lead roles.

The latest development is that seasoned actors Vaishnavi Macdonald and Ashu Sharma have also joined the cast in pivotal roles. Sources inform us that Vaishnavi will be essaying the character of Rani Maa, whereas Ashu will be seen playing Prithvi.
Earlier today, we also reported that Aastha Choudhary, Shreya Patel, Amar Sharma, and Kanchan Dubey will be part of the ensemble.
We tried reaching out to Vaishnavi and Ashu for their comments, but they were unavailable.
For the unversed, Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd. has a successful track record with popular shows like Barrister Babu, Mera Balam Thanedaar, Meet: Badlegi Duniya Ki Reet, and Diya Aur Baati Hum, among others.
