Vijay G Badllani turns a 'baddie' again for DD's Ranbheri

Vijay G Badllani is at utmost ease when he plays the baddie.. And his new character in Doordarshan’s Ranbheri offers only that!!

The actor who was last seen essaying the soft and pleasing character of Naaradji wanted to seek a contrast character that will yet again challenge the actor in him.

And this negative portrayal of the British officer in the DD National show suited the bill.

Talking about his role in the show, Vijay tells us, “I play the character of John, the British Officer, who is very cruel, sharp and ruthless. He is the mastermind for all the violent things happening against the Indians. The man hates Indians and can go to any extent to harm them.”

Vijay is presently enjoying playing Officer John, and hopes to bag a plump role in the GEC space in the near future.

“Any role is welcome, the length of it does not matter; the role should be meaty enough to create the urge in me to grab it,” avers Vijay.
