Aarohi now plans something sinister to cover up her tracks and plans her fake miscarriage with the help of her doctor friend, so that no one comes to know that she was not pregnant in the first place.
Aarohi quickly goes ahead with her plan as she doesn’t want to take any more chances of people finding out.
