Talking and sharing moments with family and friends helps me feel better. I also enjoy activities like yoga and meditation, which help calm my mind and keep me centred. The two things I do to boost my mood are I enjoy listening to my favourite songs. Music has a magical way of changing my mood and giving me energy when I need it.
