Yuvika Chaudhary and Manoj Pahwa to play central characters in Dafa 420

Saregama Productions’ upcoming show for Star Plus titled Dafa 420 will see the return of Yuvika Chaudhary to television. Talented actor Manoj Pahwa will also play a vital role in the show. The bi-weekly serial based on cops and the manner in which they nab criminals is in its planning stage right now. The pilot has been submitted, is what we get to hear. The story will revolve around the central character of a police officer, played by Yuvika. She will nab a criminal, essayed by Pahwa and put him behind bars. But later on, she will realize that she would need a criminal mind to crack cases. Hence she will strike a deal with Manoj Pahwa’s character to help her out in the cases. This will be crux of the story format. We tried calling Manoj, but could not get through to her. Yuvika, who debuted on TV with Astitva Ek Prem Kahaani, was seen in the SRK starrer, Om Shanti Om. We tried getting it touch with a spokesperson in Saregama, but did not reach through.
