MUMBAI: A lot of new shows are in the pipeline and will soon go on the floor. There are some that are all set for launches in the coming days.
Colors TV which has been entertaining viewers with shows like Bigg Boss, Khatron ke Khiladi, Udaariyaan etc among others is now gearing up for a new show.
As per sources, the channel is coming with a new show tittled ' Suman Chali Sasural' which will be bankrolled by Prateek Sharma.
Prateek Sharma has produced shows like Beyhadh, Ek Deewana Tha, Rabb Se Hai Dua, and Pukaar — Dil Se Dil Tak among many others.
Additionally, the source also informed that Zain Imam and Anita Hassanandani will play the lead roles in the show. However, there’s more to the story. Even Ashnoor Kaur is going to be a part of the show.
Prateek Sharma has named the show after her mother and this is a tribute to her. The show will be set in Indore. The show will go on-air in July.
When it comes to Zain Imam, he earned recognition from serials like Fanaa - Ishq Mein Marjawan, Naamkarann, Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna and a few more.
Anita Hassanandani is one of the most well-known actresses from the Hindi TV industry. The actress is known and loved for her performances in serials like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Naagin, and Kkavyanjali. The actress has also worked in the Hindi movie industry and was loved in movies like Yeh Dil, Krishna Cottage, and Kucch Toh Hai.
Ashnoor Kaur is comes from the line of new generation actors and has a strong presence on social media. The actress has previously worked in projects like Patiala Babes, Shobha Somnath Ki, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, Manmarziyaan and more.
