Well, there was one more name that could have made the list but unfortunately couldn’t. We’re talking about actress Jacqueline Fernandez who was about to perform at the opening ceremony but due to unfortunate circumstances, had to leave.
The actress had to leave as her mother, Kim Fernandez, has been hospitalized and shifted to the ICU. Jacqueline’s mother is still in the ICU recovering. As the family awaits further update from the doctors. In these challenging times, Jacqueline has chosen to be by her mother’s side, and unfortunately will be missing performing at the IPL Ceremony, shared a source close to the actress.
Support and heartfelt messages have been pouring in for Jacqueline and her family, as fans and well-wishers continue to offer their prayers and strength during this challenging time. Several members of the film fraternity have also extended their support, expressing their hopes for Kim Fernandez’s swift recovery.
