MUMBAI : Disney Plus Hotstar has been catering some amazing content to the audience. Out of all the series that have been announced earlier, one that caught our attention was Bad Cop. The series glimpse that was seen by the audience was completely loved and the audience have been excited to watch Gulshan Devaiah, Anurag Kashyap, Saurabh Sachdeva, Aishwarya Sushmita and Harleen Sethi in this action thriller series directed by Aditya Datt. The release will release on 21st June.
When talking about the series, the story is about Karan, a cop played by Gulshan Devaiah pitted against Kazbe, the negative lead played by Anurag Kashyap.
In an exclusive interview with Tellychakkar, Gulshan Devaiah revealed the difference of working with Anurag Kashyap first as a director and then as an actor.
Gulshan Devaiah said, “Difference toh bohot hai because ab time hai unke paas, he’s an actor. When he’s a director he is always thinking about things toh gappebazi karne ka bohot time mila which I really enjoyed. I mean it was fun acting with him also but sabse zyada unke saath aise faltugiri karne mein, aise idhar udhar ki baatein karne mein zyada mazaa aaya jo 2008 se main unke saath kabhi kar nahi paaya tha. Pehli baar zindagi mein aisa mauka mila. I respect the hell out of him because mera first opportunity, acha opportunity diya tha unhone. Bharosa kiya mujhpe. Everybody who he has na, he trusts them, woh gift ki tarah dete hai. Then it’s your responsibility to take that so I’m very grateful ki mujhe acha opportunity mila ek opportunity se dusra teesra, sab mera career ki shuruat unse hui thi. So I respect him also but at the same time woh kabhi aisi wali, aise baith ke hangout kiya woh kabhi hua nahi tha jo iss series ke shooting ke dauran maine kiya. So I really value that.”
