MUMBAI : Jitendra Kumar and Raghubir Yadav have won hearts in Panchayat. Directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra, the show has amused fans because of the different situations that pradhan jji (Raghubir Yadav) and Abhishek Tripathi (Jitendra Kumar) face in Phulera gao (village). Pradhan ji's mannerisms are typical. Whenever Jitendra Kumar gets upset in Panchayat he is gifted a lauki by Pradhan ji. The green vegetable hogged a lot of limelight because of this web show.
However, in a different universe if Pradhan had not gifted Abhishek a lauki, what if he had gifted him a bamboo? Knowing that Phulera village may have a lot of enemies. What if #selfiewithbamboo trended instead of lauki. Fans may have been like," Pradhan ji rinky ki shadi mujhse karwa dena ..vaise bhi meri salary sachiv ji se to thoda jyda hi hai". (Pradhan ji, get me married to your daughter Rinki, as my salary is more than Sachiv ji aka Abhishek Tripathi). "Are Pradhaan ji ye Phulera wali hi bamboo hai kya….Ek do bamboo hamare liye bhi la dijiye pradhan ji. Vaah...kya avishkar hai...bamboo ke bhav badh jayenge". (Pradhan ji, are the bamboos from Phulera, get 1-2 bamboos for us also. It is a great discovery, prices may skyrocket of bamboos).
It is good news for Panchayat fans as season 3 is rolling out on May 28, 2024. The makers wrote on social media, "You moved the laukis, we unlocked your reward! #PanchayatOnPrime S3, May 28".
