MUMBAI: Kajol is all set to make her OTT series debut with The Trial which will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on 14th July 2023. The show is an adaptation of the international series The Good Wife which starred Julianna Margulies in the lead roles.

Last year, Ajay Devgn made his OTT series debut with the show Rudra. It was a remake of British series Luther, and it received a mixed response. The show also featured Raashii Khanna and Esha Deol in the lead roles.

Not just American or British, we have also seen the remake of an Israeli TV series on OTT. We are talking about Manav Vij and Arbaaz Khan starrer Tanaav. It was a remake of the Israeli TV series Fauda.
