MUMBAI : Our only source of entertainment right now is OTT platforms. With theatres being shut, thanks to the lockdown, entertainment seekers are switching to several OTT platforms to watch something new. Well, this week is going to be pretty entertaining as we have many new shows and series lined up to release. Among the hoard of originals and more, we bring to you five best films and series' that will release this week. Shakuntala Devi and more, sit back to have an amazing week.

Starting with Vidya Balan's Shakuntala Devi, gear up to witness the journey of  The Guinness Book of World Record holder Shakuntala Devi whose intelligence and speed left everyone shocked. She got the tag of Human Computer as she could solve math equations in seconds. It will be released on Amazon Prime on July 31. On the other hand, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's Raat Akeli Hai is also releasing on July 31, but on Netflix. Giving these two competitions is Kunal Kemmu's Lootcase, trailer of which has already managed to tickle our funny bones.

If you want to watch a story about friendship among gangsters, Yaara releasing on Zee 5 this week appears to be a promising watch. It stars Vidyut Jammwal, Shruti Haasan, Amit Sadh, Vijay Varma, Kenny Basumatary and Sanjay Mishra. In terms of series, the second instalment of Netflix's The Umbrella Academy is all set to release on July 31.
